1. Who we are
7 Boys® (Rubu Al Quds) is a food trading and distribution business operating from Al-Abdali, Amman. We have supplied the retail, hospitality and catering trade in Jordan since 1966. We are a distributor and wholesaler.
2. Product names and brand marks
The product names, trade marks, logos and packaging shown on this site belong to their respective owners. We list them for one reason: so that a buyer can identify the exact goods being supplied, and photograph them accurately.
We do not claim to be the owner of any third-party brand, and we do not present ourselves as its authorised agent unless we hold a written authorisation for the Jordanian market, which we will then state in writing on request. Where we are not the authorised distributor, that is stated plainly here rather than left to inference.
We trade goods under their original manufacturer’s packaging and branding. We do not alter, obscure or repackage them.
Our own brands — 7 Boys® and Rubu Al Quds — are our own, and we can supply you with our documentation of origin on request.
3. Availability, stock and pricing
This site is a catalogue. Unless a price is shown, the item is quoted on request and is not yet confirmed in our warehouse. Stock moves with arriving containers, so nothing here should be treated as a firm commitment until we have issued a written quotation.
Prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinars and exclude delivery unless stated. Prices we publish can change without notice; the price on your accepted quotation is the price.
4. Quotations
A quotation is an offer to supply at the quantities and terms stated on it. It is valid for the period printed on it. We may decline a quotation, in whole or in part, if stock, pricing or supply changes before you accept.
Please quote the item reference and the quantity. Mixed-pallet and container quantities are quoted case by case and are subject to confirmation.
5. Orders, payment and delivery
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Goods are invoiced on despatch unless agreed otherwise. Payment terms are those on the quotation or the proforma invoice. Title in the goods passes on receipt of payment in full.
Delivery is to the address on the order. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours, with photographs, so we can trace it with the carrier or the supplier.
6. Product information
Descriptions, weights, ingredients and certifications on this site are supplied for identification. Where you need a specification, a certificate, a label or a compliance document for a particular batch, ask us and we will obtain it from the principal. We do not publish certification claims we have not verified for the goods being supplied.
Always confirm the specification on your order if it matters to your compliance or your label. We are not liable for your labelling of goods you resell.
7. Intellectual property & brand enquiries
If you own or represent a brand shown here and you want a listing corrected, an image changed, or a product removed, email us at wael@7boys.com.jo with the product URL. We action brand enquiries and rights requests on a good-faith basis and ordinarily within five working days.
We will also consider applications to become an authorised distributor for a brand in Jordan. Write to the same address with the brand name and your business details.
8. Liability
We supply goods by description. Our liability for goods not matching that description is limited, at our option, to replacement, repair, or refund of the price paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or business interruption, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Personal data
We use the details you give us to quote, supply, invoice and support your account. We do not sell your data. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by writing to wael@7boys.com.jo.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Jordan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
